Movement Select was founded in 2006, today we are three consultants who work within the company, all with many years of industry experience.

To secure that we find the right person for the right position our recruitment process consists of seven steps.
Step 1 – Task DescriptionOur first task is to learn as much as possible about the client’s business: its culture, history and, first and foremost, its strategies and upcoming challenges.
This is the stage where we decide on whether to go with traditional recruitment or executive search.
Step 2- Identifying Interesting ApplicantsUsing our many years of experience in the business, we select applicants who fit the applicant profile we have created.
Step 3 – InterviewsThis is the stage where we filter out the very best of the candidates. Depending on the task at hand, we normally interview 6 to 8 people.
Step 4 – Meeting with the ClientAfter interviewing the applicants, we present the client with an oral and written description of each of them. The client then meets the 2 or 3 people that we recommend.
Step 5 – ReferencesReferences are always reviewed in the presence of the applicant and the client.
Step 6 – Your ChoiceIn the end, our client has the final say on whom they decide to employ. Our job is to provide support and feedback so that both the client and the applicant can proceed with confidence.
Step 7 – Follow-Up Our mottos are: Ethics – Professionalism – Trust.
True to the spirit of our mottos, we normally do a follow-up with the new employee and the employer within 6 months from the recruitment. To us, it is important that the expectations of both employer and employee are met.
Time Frame We need 6 weeks to find a selection of suitable applicants, and another 6 weeks to help you make the final decision.
